In these troubled times, it’s nice to finally have a feel good, happy story 



Why didn't they do this to begin with?
So much for "adults in the room" and "hitting the ground running" and whatever managerial bollocks they came out with to a disinterested public who just wanted the Tories gone.
I bet you all this won't come to anything either, just more pledges and meaningless targets.
