I’ve been having a problem concentrating and staying on task lately.

Here is a “productivity hack” that seems to be helping. (not a cure, but helpful)

I have a sheet of paper on my desk and I write a single line of text as to what I am working on.

If, while working on that thing, another thing comes up… I write that thing down.

When I get “lost” I simply look at that piece of paper.

When I complete what I am working on I line thru it and go to the next thing.
