This is a watercolor painting of a young marten. The marten is peeking out of a tree stump (supposedly?), its front legs leaning on its edge and it is looking straight at the viewer with curiosity. The background is a bit blurred, there are some rosehip leaves and blossoms visible, the background is relatively dark-toned.
