If you were building a mini reference library for home, what would you include?
I'm thinking at least:
- first aid manual
- maps
- big dictionary (or multiple, if multilingual)
- some sort of chemical reference (I know nothing here, but I'm thinking for avoiding poisons, useful dilutions etc)
- cookbooks
- standard measurements and conversions
???
Would you have an encyclopaedia? Other things?

Finished this yesterday and not sure what to think. In the end it was quite sad but for sure Ursula seemed to be exploring the nature of consciousness and morality. So much depth in the 180 or so pages it’s crazy.
